When we first created Freefall Sangria, we didn’t expect to start slinging cocktails with it, but we discovered that not only does it taste amazing straight over ice, but it also works magic as a component of cocktails! Try them…you will love them.

EXTRA ALTITUDE
3 oz Freefall Sangria (Red or White)
1 1/2 oz Prosecco

Serve over ice.

HYPOXIC MARGARITA
1 oz Red Freefall Sangria
1.5 oz tequila
3/4 oz lime
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz triple sec
salt and sugar for glass rim

Wet rim of glass with some lime juice and place in salt and sugar. Add all ingredients into shaker and shake. Pour into glass. Garnish with lime and orange.

THE RELATIONSHIP
(Starts off sweet and burns at the end)

1 oz Red Freefall Sangria
1 oz vodka
3/4 oz jalapeno syrup or simple syrup
1/2 oz chambord
muddled jalapeno

Muddle jalapeno in shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients and shake. Serve straight up.

POLITICALLY INCORRECT NEGRONI
1 oz Red Freefall Sangria
1 oz gin
1 oz campari

Add the ingredients and ice together in shaker. Shake. Strain into glass or serve on ice. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.

FREEFALL RICKEY
1oz Red Freefall Sangria
1oz Gin
2oz Club Soda
1/2oz Lime Juice
1/2oz Simple Syrup (optional)

Add ice, shake and enjoy!!!

DOWN & DIRTY
1 oz Red Freefall Sangria
1.5 oz whiskey
3/4 oz lime
1/2 oz cherry liqueur
4 blueberries
4 mint leaves

Muddle blueberries and mint in shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients and shake. Pour into glass. Garnish with blueberry and mint.

MILE HIGH
1 oz Red Freefall Sangria
1.5 vodka
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz lime

Combine all ingredients and serve over ice. Garnish with lime.

PUT ME IN COACH
1 oz Red Freefall Sangria
1 oz vodka
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
3 blackberries

Muddle blackberry in shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake and pour into glass over ice.

DOWNWINDER
1 1/2 oz. Red Freefall Sangria
1 1/2 oz. vodka
3/4 oz lime
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz simple syrup (optional)
2 muddled strawberries

Muddle strawberries in shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake it up and serve. Straight up or on the rocks. Garnish with strawberry.

GROUND RUSH SLUSH
2 oz. Red Freefall Sangria
1/2 cup crushed ice
2 oz rum
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lime juice

Combine ingredients in a blender and pulse until mixed. Serve immediately.

SOME LIKE IT HOT
(Mulled Freefall)

1 bottle Red Freefall
2 cups apple cider

Option One:
3 cinnamon sticks
6 allspice berries
8 cloves
2 star anise
1/4 orange

Pierce orange with cloves. Place all ingredients in pot and heat on low for 20 min. Strain and serve warm.**

Option Two
3 tea bags of mulling spices

Heat for 20 minutes on low.

**For more warmth, add brandy after heating.

FREEFALL SOUR
1 oz Red Freefall Sangria
2 oz rye whiskey or bourbon
3/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 zo lemon juice
dash of egg white (optional)

Combine whiskey, syrup, lemon and egg white. Fill with ice, cover, and shake. Strain into a rocks glass, straight up or on ice. Gently pour Freefall over the back of a spoon held just above the drink’s surface so sangria floats on top.

FREEFALL EXPRESS
1.5 oz. Freefall Sangria WHITE
.75 oz. White Tequila
.75 oz. fresh lime juice
.75 oz. pineapple juice
.75 oz. Agave Nectar

Muddle blueberries into tin shaker, add all other ingredients. Add Ice. SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE. Strain over Fresh Ice in a Highball Glass

TERMINAL VELOCITY
1.5 oz. Dry Gin
1 oz. White Freefall Sangria
1 oz. watermelon juice
1 oz Jalapeño Syrup***
¾ oz. Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE. Strain over fresh ice in Highball or Hurricane Glass

***Jalapeno Syrup
1-2 medium to Large Jalapeños
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Chop jalapeño into 1 inch pieces (seeds and all!). Bring water and sugar to near boil. Once sugar dissolves, add jalapeño pieces and let soak for 30-40 minutes.Strain and bottle.

SWEET GAETANO
1.5 oz. White Freefall Sangria
1 oz. whiskey
1 oz. lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
2-3 raspberries
1/3 jalapeno (seeded)
1 egg white or 1 oz aquafaba (optional)

Muddle raspberries and jalapeno, then combine whiskey, lemon, simple syrup and egg white. DRY SHAKE, add Ice, then SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE again. Strain into Rocks Glass.

CK’S CHOICE
1 oz. freefall sangria WHITE
1 oz. freefall sangria RED
1 oz. bourbon
½ oz. lime juice
1-2 fresh strawberries (optional)
Simple syrup (to taste)

Muddle strawberries in a shaker tin. Add other ingredients (except red sangria). SHAKE. Add ice. SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE then strain into tall Collins glass and top with RED Sangria

BREAKOFF
1oz. Freefall Sangria White
1 oz. Dry Gin
1 oz Apricot or regular Brandy
1 oz cherry Liqueur

Combine in Mixing Glass, add ice, stir until diluted (20-30 times). Strain into a Coupe Glass. Garnish with a cherry.

RANCH SUNSET
1.5 oz. White Freefall Sangria
1.0 oz. Butterfly Tea
1.0 oz. vodka
¾ oz fresh lemon
¾ oz. blood orange syrup

***Fill highball glass with Ice

Carefully Layer one at a time—Lemon, sangria, vodka, butterfly Tea then top w/ blood orange syrup

***to make Blood Orange Syrup, Mix equal parts blood orange juice (1 cup) and sugar (1 cup) and place on low-medium heat on stove. Stir occasionally until all sugar is dissolved. Wait to cool.

SUMMER BOOGIE
1.5 oz. White Freefall Sangria
1.0 oz. Malibu Rum
1.0 oz. Pineapple Juice
1.0 oz. Coconut Cream
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Grenadine

***put everything but the grenadine into shaker.

Add ice, SHAKE LIKE HELL, strain into chilled Hurricane Glass, top with Grenadine and garnish w/ Pineapple Slice, Maraschino Cherry

MALFUNCTION MULE
2 oz. White Freefall Sangria
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. lime juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup (optional)
4 oz. Gosling’s Ginger Beer

Build all but the ginger in a shaker, add Ice. Shake-Shake-Shake. Strain into a Copper Mug w/ fresh ice, Fill to the top with Gosling’s Ginger Beer, garnish with a lime peel.

TSK
1.5 oz. White Freefall Sangria
1.0 oz. Stoli Orange
½ oz. triple sec
½ oz. lemon
½ oz Honey (optional)
A few drops of grenadine for color

Combine all ingredients into shaker and shake it up. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with orange and mint.
